Very rare Helvetia Germany Pre-World War 1 Wood & Paper Lithograph Jig-Saw Puzzle Brass Car Hot Air Balloon! It has it’s original box, albeit some separation of edges and a damaged corner. This graphic puzzle is most likely from around 1910 or so, as we were not allies with Germany when the war occurred. There are NO other examples of this (or any other) period German wood jig-saw puzzles on the web. The term “brass car” comes from the use of brass for grills and headlights on the early cars.
